Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit / debit card payment or PayPal. We have chosen to use HSBC secure payment gateway as this protects both the customer and ourselves along with PayPal where you do not need to enter a credit card number if you have a PayPal account.
We reserve the right to cancel the order should we find we no longer have it in stock or the advertised price is incorrect. Should we have to do this we will always contact you first and advise why. |
Shipping And Handling We only ship to European Countries.
We recommend Royal Mail Recorded Delivery Service as this allows you and us to track the shipments progress. When we ship goods we will email you with the Tracking ID.

Delivery Schedule We will dispatch your order within 2 working days.
Please note second class post can take upto five days to be delivered.
Royal Mail standard parcels takes between 5 and 7 days.

Tax Charges Alll orders shipped to the UK are subject to statuatory UK 17.5% VAT which is added to your total order including shipping.
Orders shipped outside the UK do not get charged VAT.

Credit Card Security All payments are made through one of our payment service providers either HSBC or PayPal. Only they receive your credit card details letting us know if the payment was accepted or not.

Returns Policy Bear Stores want you to be entirely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason the product is not to your satisfaction return it within 30 days to us in its original packaging, with label tags still attached and we will refund the cost of your product purchase. Please note postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.
